It's probably some Asian country also. Too many bikes, and vespas for Canada I think. Also too much color in the buildings.

First time I went to China me and my cousin went to get a coke and the guy took out the can and we were like cool and then he opened it and poured it into a bag and gave it to us. We were like wtf just happened...
They charge extra for the can, I don't know what recycling pays are over there but money is money.

It's not all of Canada. British Columbia doesn't use milk bags.
