Haha, sorry Ploid. I couldn't remember how to access my old forum name (let alone what email it was tied to), so I decided to just have a bit of fun with this one. I figured you guys would catch on eventually

Started playing this today, messing around with the classes I didn't get a chance to pick in the old betas. Not sure how I feel about the nuke mage (not BLM, T something), and Monk er Pug is interesting. I think Archer is still best to me. Range, can not be interrupted as he shoot and move at the same time, and it's pretty good damage.

I've been good. The ignoring part wasn't on purpose though, things have been pretty insane since I quit FFXI. How have you been?

I thought Quebec's favourite pastime is to try and be French?

Don't be silly, we don't do time here for that. It's just a normal part of growing up. Hell I remember this one time father O'Malley took me to confession...
But fo' real though, I've just been busy with school and work. Thankfully I'm pretty much done with school and I've acquired a lot more flexibility at work (aka: no longer working full time while going to school full time). Free time is a wonderful thing to have

I'm still undecided if ill play this at launch. I have a 50 gladiator from 1.0 and am wondering if that guy will transfer over. I've made a pugilist this time around and the game feels sorta interesting. I'm guessing ill have to try some group activities. What server is everyone on?

Holy shit..
So I'm doing the Hunting Log in La Noscea (Where the Level 23 Coeurls are) and I'm in the middle of killing one of the Coeurl Pups when a big Coeurl named "Lone Coeurl" comes running out of nowhere. Just as I think hes coming for me, a Simurgh (he looks more like a dragon this time around instead of a giant bird from XI) swoops down and they start duking it out.
Took some shots just before Simurgh finished off the big Coeurl.

That's an awesome looking screenshot. I just logged into my level 50 guy and man it's taking some getting used to. All these abilities thrown at me; I forget which ones I used to use lol. If you guys end up playing this, I"ll need to figure out which server you're all on. I'm currently on Sargatanas.

I'm currently on Aegis with my old character, but I put in a transfer to Ragnarok, since Aegis is JP apparently, and though Ragnarok is supposedly EU, its the least crowded. I'm not very high level though, so I wouldn't mind starting a new character on whatever server.
