despite popular belief, Red Alert 3 is amazing imo. I bought it the other day for about $10 at best buy (normally its $30); they had some kind of sale going on. Other than the Halflife games, this is my first next-gen type of game that really puts your graphics card to the test. I thought I was badass when I would get a PC game, max-out all my graphic settings to high, and still have high frame rate. Not even my lolQuad-Core PC and two 1gb Graphics cards w/ SLI config can handle high/Ultra high settings.

Anyways other than that I enjoy the campaign mode, seems pretty lengthy with over-the-top cutscenes but I'm not complaining. But I have to say that my fav thing to do is play online matches. I'm still a nub and get smoked constantly but the gameplay is so fun and addicting its hard to get discouraged after a loss, and i've had some ugly losses lol. To all you RA3 haters out there, shame on you :nonono:

I was always a big fan of C+C, did they do something completely different with it this time or something?

It's still C+C, but the story is quite hilarious this time. They definitely changed that on purpose, and I love it.

They also added a nice feature that I've never seen in an online game before. In some games you are able to spectate a match as an observer or save a game replay and view it later, but in this game you're able to become a commentator of a game. It reminds me of watching ESPN or watching Monday Night Football with John madden and as plays are going on, hes drawing on screen, circling certain things, and talking about the play.

You can do all the above things in Red Alert 3 which is pretty cool but they call it Battlecasts. I was searching on youtube one day and found some videos of the developers commentating about a game they played amongst themselves, it was quite entertaining.

They commentate on this one but didn't use the in-game drawing tools.

Been playing Titan Quest lately. This is what I'm talking about. Subjobs are fully capable jobs and thief is so sick in this. Daggers hit for little but they're so friggin fast and you can wound, poison (not some lame 10dmg per 3 seconds poison either), etc stuff with them that I use daggers over big stuff.

Check out dat haste!

It's way more fun because of the silly storyline they made up this time.

Also you get to blow up a certain building - unrelated to the story - but extremely funny in the context. Not gonna spoiler it.

Was it the Statue of Liberty? =o Just did it last night, was crazy and wrong in so many ways lol

Man it's nice being in your own world, playing backwards.. until you see a youtube that show you how it's really done. My character is THF/Rng with minimal spells if any. Then I see a pld wrecking stuff with spells and it's making me wish I got a better sub and actually cared for the mana regen items. I saw a blackmage character use thf's dagger throws like a machine gun because of their stupid fast recast boost (something I straight up over look because it's dealing with mp).

Sick dagger spitting blm

Now I feel like I wasted all my time leveling blm/smn. Not sure if I have to start over or what. :(
