I play this online, and I recently found my PS2 memory card from when PS2 first came out.

And now the question:

Can I e-mail game files through the PSN server interface? i.e. if I had a saved game that I wanted to send someone would I be able to do it via the PSN messaging service?

I haven't tried to even get the files on my ps3 yet from the card, so I don't know that I'll even be able to do that.

The only question PS3 users should be asking is "Why didn't I get a Wii?"

I think I already answered that when I bought my PS3.

Wii has like 2 games that I want to play, PS3 has like 20. I'll take my chances.

No, you can't mail your psx saves in the PSN mail system. You can via email though, but you'd have had to make the ps2 memory card saves a psv file (the digital data for ps2 that PS3 reads). You'd need a memory card transfer cable. It's best to buy it, use it, then return it if you must get the file on ps3 at all cost.

When you have it on your ps3 you can then transfer the save/s to a usb, sd card, esternal HDD, etc. and put it on a pc/mac where you can then send it to someone's email.

Personally I just started every ps2 game over. More fun and I relived some good times. Even my 80gig ps3 is able to play all the ps2 games I tried so far.
