Classes and video "how to"'s ● 1) Scout Primary Weapon: Scattergun Secondary Weapon: Pistol Melee Weapon: Aluminum Baseball Bat Valve says: The fastest and lightest of all the classes, the Scout uses his speed to punch through enemy lines before opposing defenders can react. What he lacks in health and weaponry, he makes up for with his incredible speed and aerial maneuverability. If you'd like to sprint gracefully through enemy fire, look into the Scout. How to play the spy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-qD30EOO-o ● 2) Soldier Primary Weapon: Rocket Launcher Secondary Weapon: Shotgun Melee Weapon: Shovel Valve says: The core of any offensive push, the Soldier comes armed with a devastating rocket launcher. Faster and slightly more fragile than the Heavy, the Soldier's a true all-arounder. From taking out Engineer sentry guns to using his rockets to launch himself into the air, the Soldier is useful in a wide variety of situations. If you're an old school deathmatcher, or just quick on your feet in the middle of combat, the Soldier's your man. ● 3) Pyro Primary Weapon: Flamethrower Secondary Weapon: Shotgun Melee Weapon: Fire Axe Valve says: The nastiest class to run into when turning a corner. The flamethrower produces a massive amount of damage over a short range, making the Pyro the most lethal close-quarter class there is. Pyros are often seen playing a defensive role near the front line, ambushing enemies as they enter tight spaces. On offense, they're terrific at harassing the enemy's defense, since it's hard to maintain a solid defensive line when you're on fire. How to play the pyro: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QGIISxhYRYE ● 4) Medic Primary Weapon: Syringe Launcher Secondary Weapon: Medi-Gun Melee Weapon: Bonesaw Valve says: The core support class, the Medic is invaluable on both offense and defense. When attached to an offensive squad, he's critical to keeping it alive inside the enemy base (while also boosting its offensive capability.) On defense, his ability to keep defenders healthy means they won't have to leave their posts. If you want to be loved by your entire team, or to indirectly kill a horde of enemies without firing a shot, then the Medic is just what the doctor ordered. How to play the Medic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYsahdVegIE ● 5) Sniper Primary Weapon: Sniper Rifle Secondary Weapon: Submachine Gun Melee Weapon: Machete Valve says: Nobody beats the Sniper at long-range combat. With a little time to find a perch and dig in, he can significantly slow an enemy advance. If knocking the helmet off a Soldier at 400 paces sounds fun, then the Sniper is the class for you. How to play the Sniper: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee2LHDFAhRc ● 6) Spy Primary Weapon: Revolver Secondary Weapon: Disguise Kit Melee Weapon: Butterfly Knife Other Weapon: Sapper Valve says: The Spy excels at the black arts of infiltration and assassination. With the ability to disguise himself to look like an enemy, or even become fully invisible on command, the Spy creates havoc behind enemy lines. He's an enemy's worst nightmare -- a dangerous foe indistinguishable from a friend. If you prefer guile to brute force, the Spy is what you're looking for. How to play the spy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-qD30EOO-o ● 7) Demoman Primary Weapon: Sticky Bomb Launcher Secondary Weapon: Grenade Launcher Melee Weapon: Bottle Valve says: A versatile combat class packing an absurd amount of high explosives, the Demoman is great at holding a map's choke points. Whether he's shutting down an enemy route by laying sticky bombs along it, shelling an area with long distance grenade fire, or simply blowing up anything that blocks the team's way, the Demoman is the class of choice for anyone interested in making a lot of noise. ● Heavy Primary Weapon: Minigun Secondary Weapon: Shotgun Melee Weapon: Fists Valve says: The slowest, most powerful class, the Heavy carries a massive minigun capable of clearing roomfuls of enemies. He's vital on defense to deal with Scouts, who can easily avoid Soldiers and Demomen. If you're a player who wants to be in the thick of the action, but your aim is a little rusty, the Heavy is the perfect class for you. How to play the Heavy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z66iWDH_lgU ● 9) Engineer Primary Weapon: Shotgun Secondary Weapon: Pistol Melee Weapon: Wrench Other Weapon: Construction PDA Valve says: The defensive backbone of any team, the Engineer builds useful devices such as sentry guns, health & ammo dispensers, and personal teleporters. Tactical placement of these devices and the ability to maintain them under fire are the keys to being a successful Engineer. If you're better at planning and thinking than fighting, you're a natural born Engineer. How to play the Engineer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcokQJRYWis ● Dustbowl - Control Point (Video) ● Granary - Control Point (Video) ● 2Fort - Capture The Flag (Video) ● Well - Control Point (Video) ● Hydro - Territorial Control (Video) (New Dynamic map system) Dynamic maps explained by Robin Walker (Video) ● Gravel Pit - Control Point (Video) As Engineer, upgrade your sentry by hitting it with your wrench. Keep your eye out for spies, as they can destroy your sentry with a electro-sapper! TF2 is darn nice. Reminds me of how the jobs in ffxi compliment eachother based on play style (yes even drg have a place in parties). Mechanic* is like bst, Your machines are your pets, especially the upgradable turret. <3 that thing, also the turret get all the aggro usually hah. Good time to pull out the shotgun and smack people trying to hurt your pet that has so much hp that's curable with a wrench smack!! No stay required! Medic* is whm that like to hexa after curing for max dmg, Scout* is like thf that can flee constantly (pwn, also sneak attacks with scout and spy). Spy* oh man spy lol you can mess some people up with spy and make them look stupid for trusting you. Expected mert to talk about this game since he's the one that hyped us all up for it. Portal awesome, HL2 awesome x3. The end. |

Awesome and funny grieving video (it's funny grieving so it's ok). The dude gives trivia to the people he is screwing around with. Teleport mystery also! Dude with a clue: "Because they have sentry's on top of the teleporter exits" Griever guy1: "You've gotta be kidding. The sentry's would destroy the teleporter exits (holds back giggle)." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUPzN7tp7bQ Edit: I read that these are funnier but no time to check. http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/16430 http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/16607 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihjuPOE5UxI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9v3dH7ReL0k http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXI-xnjXLWM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkEC7gJnELA |

I finally get a chance to play this game. I was wanting to try it since it was being demoed on pc before it launched. Now I get to play it's! I finished that zombie like area that this guy was all over the rooftops shooting a shotgun. Was scared to play at night, but I had to push on for the Freeman. |

Yeah Ravenholm was rough, those sharp razor gears own shit up though if you toss them with the GG. Yeah, Gravity Gun is what GG actually stands for. Don't you all feel stupid now? |

Yea those gears were pwn and reusable. The GG was essential for me, as at that point in the game I was running very low on ammo. But I learned not to use those exploding barrels and gas cylinders as weapons in closed environments. |

Damn this is such a fun game. I usually run around as a pyro, burninating the country side of Dustbowl and Gravel Pit...sometimes Well. But now I'm hooked on CoD4 because its just fuckin nuts online. Guns are always going off no matter what and theres only a rare moment where everything is super quiet...but I usually end it by tossing a grenade or something. |

After beating Portal, Half Life 2 along with the two episodes, I can honestly say TOB is the best game disc ever. ever. It's even more fun than Halo. |

Dude dude OMG dude!!!! I made it to that part where Dog fights stuff fore the first time (right before you get a squad of soldiers). My jaw was below sea level. This game is insane! Optimus prime is a diecast matchbox truck in comparison. |

I think Dog killed me once that first time by throwing a car at me. I'm not sure it was him because it hit me from behind, but the look in his eyes had something about it that made me wonder. He made up for it like 4 times after though. You'll like the last level before you get into the episodes though. |

Today I plan to marathon in TF2 as lol Medic. Since no one else hardly pick this class and I never seriously played as it I guess I'll play around with it for a day and learn how to use the UBER (invincible you + the person you are streaming cures to for a period of time after you cure enough people, Good for storming places and taking control of territory). I'm not going to do a 24hr marathon, or a 12 hr marathon, but I will try to last until 12am cst or like 10 cst. I will take breaks when needed but not exit the game when people bug me for rematches in tekken (I pwn now). If any of you have the ps3 version and see me by luck (gotta be on my flist to join me) then stick on my team for we has a Doctor!!!111 |

Meet the Scout (new vid) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oON7-wxHM4 lol the scout is a thug. "If you were from where I was from, you'd be dead!" Also I finished the Half Life 2's and I hated how episode 2 ended. I was all hyped and set up to go see what this arperture science stuff was about (I played portal before HL2), and see what was going to go down in the icy area. Just when things were getting awesome, the game ends. |
