All Worlds Emergency Maintenance (Nov. 20)

At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

Maintenance operations will delete any reservations for Pankration matches. Players who are scheduled to participate in Pankration matches, those who will enter Assault, Salvage or Einherjar areas, or those who will participate in Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance, we ask that you please wait until maintenance is complete before engaging in these activities. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

* The World Transfer Service will be unavailable starting 30 minutes before the maintenance. Return Home to Vana'diel Campaign will also become unavailable once the maintenance begins. Please wait until after the maintenance is completed before attempting to use these services.

Current Known Issues (Nov. 20)

Since the implementation of the latest version update on Nov. 19, 2007, we have confirmed the following issues. Investigation and recovery work is currently underway.

- Effect of Reraise wears off when a player is KO'd in level-restricted areas.

- FINAL FANTASY XI may slow down when USB keyboard or USB mouse is connected(Windows only).

not just resticted areas, was going to Qulun Dome to finish off the last NPC quest - have to click the ??? used for G3. some RDM was about figured he'd be killing Ruby Quadav but after 20minutes of waiting this RDM never moved so I popped on rr gorget knowing full well I'd eat dirt, made a run for it thro the door etc to the room with the ??? in it. Ran across said room to side with the ??? figured i could rr snk/ invis w/e it would take to get to the ??? then run like hell...

SO after eating numerous GA spells my HP was soon 0 then discovered my RR was gone..... gg SE.
Scrolled to see if id accidentally clicked to lose RR, nothing just Tyriac gains the effect of Re-raise followed by a ton of spells casted onto me from the Quadavs.

SE owes me some damn EXP!
I also need to try re do this sometime to complete this damn quest /sighhhhhhhhhh

I use a USB keybooard and mouse... and the FFXI windowed option freezes every time i start ffxi up.

I ran there from whitegate naked so I could lot ridill if it dropped. I got there and cracked out a 478 Shark Bite with no pants, and a buccaneer's knife. Was rly awesome.
