While Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima just mentioned two days ago that it would be a few more weeks until we find out what the next Metal Gear game is, we may already know today. 1UP member Nintendoian666 just sent us an image of a scan that apparently just surfaced in Japan from the magazine Famitsu.



If the image is legit, it's the first evidence of Metal Gear Solid for the iPhone, believed to be called Metal Gear Solid Touch. It would make a lot of sense -- after all, the teaser showed an "i + !" (meaning iPhone + Metal Gear).

In any case, if the image isn't a forgery -- and there's little reason to believe so at this time -- it's your first, albeit grainy and washed out, look at the next Metal Gear game. And if it is in this week's Famitsu magazine, stay tuned for plenty more details on 1UP shortly.
