just went to speak to this NPC and he gave me a magic doll key item (like the one from the windy missions) and told me to kill the following NMs and then report back to him:

occassionally I get some image/rom error too

think ima give up and go mow the lawn and have a beer, try again later. Someone on BG saw Dark Ixion running around in E Ron with the same behavior as Dark Rider (no HP bar) so as of right now who knows how to get the cape
