I think what struck me most about FF7 the first time I played was the FMV's. It was also the first game I ever played where I felt there was "characters" instead of "people on the screen." That story was great, and I remember some things being just awe-inspiring. First time I played through the part where you get kicked out of the Gold Saucer and into the Desert Prison (where you fight Dyne) I leveled myself up way beyond what was reasonable all because I couldn't find a way to exit the screen there somewhere and just kept fighting over..and over...and over....and over. My dudes were so strong it was basically unfair for the next couple hours of the game.

I really should play it again, I actually have the original version of the game, black PS1 case and all. One of the first versions of the game because it still has a misprint on the back cover. If you look closely where the arrow is, you'll see that the "i" in "masterpiece" is floating over the R and P. Evidently it's worth some money as a result.



I should really play this again.

It's payback for all the black people being happy that OJ gamed the system like everyone else usually did. I hope Zimm don't profit too much on this. I can see him becoming a celebrity to the Republican party, or NRA spokesman, selling books, making tv appearances, etc.
