It's a tech demo, they are asking people if they are interested in seeing more of the world displayed in this demo. The image at the bottom was part of a demonstration showing people how the engine worked, and that it was indeed realtime and not just a CG like toy story.

remember that tech demo in the ffxi times...that game still didn't launch yet...gonna see if this one will come out sooner or later
