The next version update for FINAL FANTASY XI is scheduled to take place in early June. Players can look forward to a new, large-scale battle system, as well as additional Assault Missions, Aht Urhgan missions, quests, monsters, merit point abilities, and more!

woooooooooooooo tier2 merits for cor/blu/pup i bet = win

new assault rank that i can be promoted to the day of the update = win

new monsters = win

new missions = maybe win if its something as fun as the wivren rider bc and/or we get to fight odin/alexander

large scale battle system = ??? i think salvage falls under that catagory?, w/e it is its prolly depicted in the right most picture.. though i have no idea what that could be

YEY NEW MERITS!!!! (lol)

The Large-Scale Battlefield will probably be the Colliseum, that is on everyone's Whitegate maps, though currently blocked off (On the East side, behind the Assault place, and below the Salvage NPC, directly beneath the Hostel).

And New Missions is ALWAYS Win because these fucking missions are so full of TWIST it's crazily epic.

actually the new battleground is gonna be hazhalm testing grounds-- apparently people have seen what hazhalm looks like, and its the picture on the right

in a jp interview they said colloseum/pit were behind schedule etc, and arnt gonna be endgame stuff, more "for fun"

PUPs WILL NOT GET ASURAN FISTS. They just fucking can't. -_- Give them something lesser good, like a 3hit WS or something with a TP>crit modifier.

Dunno if ppl are gonna love pup's even with asuran, considering how few of those 8 hits will connect with 225 skill..

pup = terrible job idea, seriously just scrap that crud off the servers, so what if people loose there lvl 75 jobs, you'll be getting rid of a lot of evil and only 10 people will be upset about it really
